1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Since many of our products are made to order, slight delays may occur during high-volume periods or for customized items.
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, and soon we will offer international shipping. For international orders, please reach out to support@suralok3d.com for a custom quote.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping 5–8 business days
• Express Shipping 2–4 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your PIN code or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
• You can also track your order status through your SUR ALOK 3D account.

5. Delivery Issues

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may reattempt or return the parcel to us.
• In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide order ID and photographic proof (if applicable)

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue via replacement or refund, as per our Refund Policy.
