Refund Policy

At SUR ALOK 3D, we aim to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• After 12 hours, your order is likely to have moved into production and cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@suralok3d.com with your order number.

2. Return Policy

As our products are mostly custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Color, size, or style preferences

However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The item received is incorrect (not what was ordered)

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue and must have open box clear video
• The item must be unused and in original condition

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• A full refund or replacement will be offered
• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days

Non-refundable items:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or faulty)

4. Shipping for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
